The Precision Metric Manual Goniometer or Goniometric Stage GM40X-40R is equipped with the Crossed-Roller Bearings and Micrometer Driving for an accurate and repeatable positioning, features the backlash-free spring-loaded design. The small 40 mm x 40 mm mounting platform supports up to 3.0 kgf with a smooth rotation range of ±7° and provide four M3 x 0.5 taps on 32 mm center. Mounting slots for M3 are provided from inside of the bottom plate.
A side mounted steel thumbscrew can be used to lock the moving table in a desired position. The Micrometer of item GM40X-40L is positioned in left side of the Goniometric Stage. The Micrometer of item GM40X-40R is positioned in right side of the Goniometer.
When we are stacking an Dual-Axis Goniometric Stage, the Upper Goniometer will be item GM40X-40L or GM40X-40R which offers 40 mm distance to point of rotation center, and the Lower Goniometer will be item GM40X-60L or GW40X-60R which offers 60 mm distance to point of rotation center and ±6° rotation. The Dual-Axis Goniometers GM40XY-40L and GM40XY-40R consist of both Upper and Lower Goniometric Stages that will rotate about the same rotation center above the top mounting surface with 40 mm distance.
